Facing the former farmyard at Higher Trewiggett, the Stables is a stylishly barn conversion and available for self-catering holiday rental. On a single level, the Stables offers very spacious accommodation. The Stables features exposed ceiling timbers and has oak flooring throughout the living and bedroom areas with slate floor in the kitchen. The Stables is extremely spacious and accommodates 4 comfortably. Converted to a high specification, it has a well equipped kitchen with built-in hob and oven, microwave, fridge (with ice box), washer/dryer and dishwasher. The Stables has one twin and one double bedroom. The bathroom has a walk in shower, w.c. and basin. The w.c. has a toilet and basin. The Stables has fitted carpets throughout, except in the kitchen (slate-floored), bathroom and w.c. (both tiled). It has an enclosed garden, which is reached by steps at the side of the cottage, and parking for two cars. Paintings are by local artist Brian Littlejohns. |
