is a holiday cottage, converted from an ancient Cornish
barn, and available for self-catering holiday rental.
The original exposed ceiling timbers have been retained and the Hayloft
has stripped pine floors throughout.
The Hayloft is extremely spacious and accommodates 4 comfortably. Converted
to a high specification, it has a well equipped kitchen with built-in hob
and oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer and dishwasher. A double
bedroom and the kitchen are downstairs, a twin bedroom, the bathroom and
the lounge are upstairs. The bathroom has a bath, over bath shower, w.c.
and basin.
It has a large, self contained garden, which is reached by steps down from
the lounge, parking for 2 cars and has wide country views to Bodmin Moor
and to St Austell to the south. Paintings are by local Cornish artist Brian
Littlejohns
